Welcome everyone who has read our article about search engine optimization.

The focus of our article in Search Marketing Standard this month was to turn your thinking upside down.

All Google wants is for people to serve their searchers better.

That being said, many companies tend to over think SEO. Yes, it’s a very complex and multi-tiered process, but at the end of the day, SEO is simply a way to enhance customer experience.

Google isn’t simply a necessary evil; they are the oracle. If you follow Google’s unspoken rules, you will realize the following:

1. Increased traffic (of course)
2. Improved user experience
3. Higher conversion
-Google wants clean pages, links, and content; all of which contribute to higher converting sites.

If you are in the process of selecting an SEO company to accomplish higher search rankings, you should make sure that they understand this concept. SEO companies should never lose site of the big picture!
